Bright, big and furnished room with balcony, facing the communal garden of the house.
In the summertime i enjoy the view on the big blooming tree in front of the balcony.
You can absolutely use my guitars, tv or whatever.
Flatmates are happy if you share some cigarettes, coffe or beer with them from time to time on the balcony :)

As central as it gets in terms of Bremen, flat is located 2 minutes from the tram lines 1,4 and 10.
Bremens central station as well as the 1/4-area is in a 10 minutes walking range and with a bicycle you can reach every point in the city in maximum 20 minutes.
In terms of grocery shopping, there is a Rewe and an Edeka store close by

The situation of the WG is currently a bit changing, i have been gone since more than half a year and extended my stay abroad for another period.
For the last semester, there was an Erasmus-student from spain in my room.

You are going to life with Julius and Johannes, overall id say they are a mix of outgoing (can be a bar or sometimes a rave), enjoying the green sites of Bremen during summertime, but also being laidback home and hanging out or playing videogames.

Both of them are studying in Bremen.

Eventually there could be a possibility to keep the room after the end of July (maybe permanently) but this is something we would have to see later.
