Both the rooms have big windows to keep the rooms bright all day. Rooms are quiet during day and night as there are not many cars passing near building.
You will get rooms without furniture, The rest of the apartment is well equipped. We have a dishwasher in ktchen, bathtub in washroom and washing mechine, as well as a cellar compartment.
All the furniture in the second room and bed, coffee table in the first room is available for sale (incase you need).
There is a balcony at the backyard of apartment.
Rent 370 (and deposit, 600) is for one room which includes all costs (electricity, GEZ, internet).

Apartment is located in Lobtau district (Dresden) near Tharandter str.
TU is approximately 3km from the building and it takes 20min by bus, 10 min in bike to get there.
Oederaner tram stop is in 2min of walk to take the tram for Hauptbahnhof and Neustadt.
There are bunch of supermarkets (Rewe, Netto...) in walking distance of around 500m.

Sarah and Patrick are leaving the apartment, as Sharah bought her own flat and Patrick is moving to another city because of his new job.
So, I (Balram, 26) am looking for new flatmates.
I moved in to this flat around 5 months ago, i am PhD student in IFW Dresden since September 2018 and will stay here for at least 2-3 more years.
In free time, i like to be active in sports. I am open to have conversation, dinner together of course if you like!
