Located in Pilgrimstein strasse, it is very central: 3 minutes to the Oberstadt-Aufzug, 10 minutes to Rewe, Aldi and Lidl, there is a bus stop very close to the apartment. In addition, there is a spacious storage room which belongs to the apartment and a small garden terrace used by all residents of the house. There is a storage space for bicycles.

Cold rent: 720 Euros, warm rent: 820 Euros plus electricity (around 40 Eur) & internet. Preferably rent for at least one year period.

The apartment has a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, cabinets etc.) included, but does not include furniture in the rooms, or washing machine, however, we may agree to sell some of ours, if needed.
