I'm looking for a roommate between 18 and 28 years old a girl without pets
(who speaks French and/or English + German).

Furnished room (bed+Wardrobe) available from 1st February in the center of Feuerbach (13m2).
450€ warm / month. All included (TV, internet, heating, electricity, water ..)

Room in a large house share (~ 110m2) :
• One cellar

- One entrance hall
- A large fully equipped kitchen (Oven, dishwasher, 2 fridge, many storage)
- A large living room with table, TV, 2 sofa
- 2 WC

• 1st Floor :
- A bathroom (shower + toilet + storage )
- A room for hanging up washing + storage unit
- 3 bedrooms We are 2 men and 1 girl. Above all, respect between each roommate is essential. We also like things to be tidy and cleanliness of course. We have some "roommate rules" about these things so that all goes well.

For your information, we have a table with all equipments, we make a depreciation each time when someone leave.
You have to (re)buy the part of kitchen share equipments and bedroom to roommate who is leaving 250€.
