This beautiful 90qm apartment is located on the famous Karl Marx/Frankfurter Allee, right in the heart of one of Berlin's most lively neighborhoods, Friedrichshain. Inside the heritage listed 'Stalinbauten', the showcase apartments of the former East Berlin which is now loved by film makers, such as Babylon Berlin, Queen's Gambit and etc.

Only one minute walking time to the subway line 5 or M10 tram and with U5 only 15 mins later you will be in the main train station.

Windows of the major rooms in the apartment are south facing with double glasses to block the sound from the street side. With the benefit of providing great natural daylight and the other windows are facing the quiet courtyard side of the building so there is no busy street noise.

The interior is minimal and modern. It has a great selection of comfortable furniture with some of my collection of vintage or even antique pieces.

There is also a bike room if you need to store your bikes securely.

Very seldom is the big garden which can be opened by residents of the building to have the access. Grill parties or play with kids in this green garden with big trees is a perfect choice for spare time.

This is a regular residential building, with happy friendly neighbors. We would like to keep it this way. So if you are looking for a party house this isn't the place.
We are still in Berlin and are ready and available to help with anything to make you feel at home.

The bedroom itself has a 180x200 double bed with a comfortable mattress.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking.
There is also a small dining table for morning coffee and table can be extended to a size which can be used in the big hallway to host at least 8 people for dinner.

The bathroom has a bathtub and and there is a separate toillet.

Washmachine can be put in the storage room which saves a lot of space.

Perfect for young couple without or with one kid. There are playgrounds everywhere in two or five miniutes of walking time. Very good kindergartens and schools are also found in 5 to 10 minutes of walking time.

We are tend to rent the place for at least 2 years and maxium five year and afterward we will need to take it back for ourselves.

Since we have just moved out from this apartment there should be minor repair work to be done such as cleaning and repare the the paints on the wall and etc. I will be the day after tomorrow in the apartment for cleaning and I will take some pictures. And I would like to already show it to selected people who contact me with their documents (Schufa, income proof, etc).
