I am looking for a new tenant for a fully furnished, 26sqm room in a shared flat in a house in Hamburg (Rissen) starting April 1st. The room has everything you need, as does the kitchen. There is also a living room with dining area and TV, a bathroom and a guest toilet, a large garden, a laundry room in the basement and a garage/driveway. The area is very prosperous, there is a bus stop close to the house and the next S-Bahn is about 8 minutes' walk away. Here the S1 runs through the city center to the airport. The room is on the first floor and has a beautiful green view. There are 3 other very friendly young men living in the shared apartment.
