I am subletting my single room apartment suitable for student as from 11th December 2023 to 31st May 2024. The apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen and a bathroom all for personal use. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a washing salon about 3 minutes walk. The apartment is 2 minutes walk to BUS L stop in the direction of TU Lichtwiese/Darmstadt Schloss. Netto Supermarket is just 3 minutes walk and a bakery at the corner of the apartment. Reaching the city center is so easy from the location.

No pets are allowed in the apartment, no smoking in the rooms. No parties are allowed and peaceful co-existence with the neighbours is of importance. There is a bike stand within the property for bikes.

The cold rent is fixed at € 325; while the heating cost, cost of electricity and cost of water is variable, that means the stated amount is not fixed. The meter usage for water and electricity is used to determine the amount used and billed according to the prevailing rates. Only discounted amount is paid and if you consume less the extra will be refunded.

Discounted amount of water = €30
Discounted amount for electricity per month = € 25
Internet charges per month = € 20
Discounted amount for heating = € 100
