The area is very quiet. Its just a few meters to reach forest and fields.
Nevertheless the bus stop and the main road is just 3 minutes away by feet.

The garden/yard (ca. 9500 sqf) ist big and has got a little gardenhouse also a little pond with fishes.
Kitchen, Hallway and Bathrooms are tiled.
master bedroom 1 is with parquet.
Living room and the other sleeping rooms have got carpets.

There is room for 1 car in the garage and for another 2 in front of the garage in the court.
