I am renting out my fully furnished Studio temporarily, between 1st Dec'23 - 28th Feb 2024 (Dates are flexible). It is suitable for one person or a couple.

One month rent is 1,150EUR, all included. The deposit will be for 1 month.

You will be living in a 32 sqm space in a tidy and beautiful apartment. In the sleeping area, there is a very comfortable, solid bed. There is also a working desk, so you could work/study. There’s as well a TV, and large couch in the living room space.
Other than that, there is an equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet/shower room.

The rented space is composed of
- One large and spacious bedroom/living room
- A well equipped kitchen, including a washing/drying machine.
- One bath room and toilet


It is situated in very family friendly neighbourhood location, just 800 meters from Dachau Station. With access to Sbann, RB and lots of buses.
- 7mins walk to Dachau station and 2 mins to buses near the flat
- 6 mins walk supermarket, pharmacies
- Multiple cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood
- Free parking area in front of the building

I am only looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, and can maintain the apartment while I am temporarily away.
