Hello, this is Zeljko and Lena, a couple living in Germany. We are looking for a second apartment in Mallorca next to our apartment in Germany. We would pay €450/500 per month and pay the entire amount for a year (€5400) in advance. We would also furnish the apartment in a new, modern and high-quality manner and give the furnishings away free of charge after we move in, so that you can rent out the apartment at a higher price in the future due to the high-quality furnishings. We would like to sign a rental agreement for one year from May 1st 2024 to May 1st 2025 and visit the apartment in mid-March. We would be very happy if that worked! :-)
