It is located in Heerdt (40549)
Tram station U75 is just 4mins walk, Supermarkt (Aldi, Real, Action) and pharmacies, are also at walking distance.

The apartment is at the second floor and there is no elevator. I have been living here for almost 3 years, the landlord is super friendly and lives on the ground floor.

Requirement:
The apartment is not so costly, the landlord just wants someone to stay for long term.
Also 3 months salary slips and Schufa is a compulsion.
