There is a bed, desk and wardrobe inside room. The furniture is all new and little used, in very good condition. The room also has a balcony that only the room owner has access to. Kitchen and toilet are shared with 2 other people.
We are organised and meticulous community, everything is in very good condition.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful location in Tannenbusch. It is 500 m from Tannenbusch mitte and 600 m from Tannenbusch süd. It is technically in the middle of the two stations. Buses 601, 602 run directly opposite the building. On the side (almost 200-300 metres) the buses 631, 630, 817, N1 and 753 run. It is 8 minutes by tram (linie
16,63) from the city centre. Right under the building there is
1 small market, 1 kiosk and many cargo pick up stations such as DPD, Hermes, GLS.
Large shopping centres such as Dm, Aldi, Kaufland are located in Tannenbusch mitte, only 500 m away.

There are three girls living in the apartment now. Me, Sasha and Rita.
I'm 22 years old, I'm from Azerbaijan, and I'm going to hand over my room and move out in April.
Sasha is 17, Belarusian. She is currently studying pre-university.
Rita is 30, from Ghana. She's studying medicine.
All 3 of us are quiet and calm people in our own way. We meet very rarely because our class times are different. And usually everyone prefers to spend time in their own room.
Yes we're a quiet trio. We respect each other's space, and our shared moments are cherished.
