From March 16th to April 1st. Sublet available for one person or a couple. The 36 sqm apparment is located in Gäfekiez, close to Hassenheide park, Admiralbücke, 7 min walk to closest U-bahn station (Südstern), and good access to bus (1 min) ans another U8 stations (U Schönleinstr, 11 min; U Hermanplatz 13 min; U Kotbussertor 13 min). The neighboghood is full of nice caffees, stores, bars and restaurants and there are many supermarket options (from affordable to more high-quality bio-supermarkets).

The appartment has everything you need to work remotely (nice desk and good internet). Kitchen has also all the necessary appliances (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine).

The appartment is on the 3rd floor (counted as 4th floor in other countries), no elevator.

The building is super quite, and we have a respectuff enviroment with our neighbors. So a good sleep is guaranteed! but also looking for respectfull people to stay in (that means no parties).
