Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Ilmenau in einer Nebenstraße, wodurch es ruhig ist. 
Du erreichst alles wichtige in nur wenigen Gehminuten.
 Bis zur Innenstadt, Kaufland und dem Bahnhof sind es je 3 min. Zum Campus benötigst du 15 Minuten, zum Stadtcampus 5 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio.

Ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt. Es war uns immer wichtig gut miteinander klar zu kommen.

Since I will be moving out at the end of March / beginning of April, my approximately 18m² room will be available. It has a large window that always brings lots of light into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life.
The room is freshly painted!


The house has

- a bicycle cellar
- own cellar compartment
- a common room in the basement
- a table tennis table
- a resident parking space directly in front of the house.

The apartment is in the center of Ilmenau on a side street, which makes it quiet. You can reach everything important in just a few minutes on foot. It is 3 minutes each to the city center, Kaufland and the train station. It takes 15 minutes to get to the campus and 5 minutes to get to the city campus. There is a gym directly opposite.

I really enjoyed living here. It was always important for us to get along well with each other.
