The Stone House. Built fot Charles Deering in 1922 as his winter house. Mediterranean style with 18" thick, concrete reinforce walls covered in a limestone veneer and also with a roof of hand made tiles. Mr Deering live in the Stone house for five years before passing away in his second floor bedroom at the age of seventy five.
