HIMALAYA MOUNTAINS, "the roof of the world" looking from its "ridge"! The prominent massif far in the center is Gaurī Shaṅkar (in Devanagari: गौरी शंकर). It is revered by the Nepali as particularly sacred to the god Shiva and the holiest mountain all in Nepal. At foreground of them this twin summited peak is partially covered by another mountain, Melungtse (some to left).
