Houmt Souk (Tunisian Arabic: حومة السوق Ḥūmet es Sūqⓘ), meaning literally: "The Market neighbourhood", is a commune and the main town of the island of Djerba, Tunisia. A popular tourist destination, it is best known for its traditional souk and the Aghlabid fortress.
